Well, you could mail it by ground, or you can fly with it. The airlines 
simply do not want the fuel. Empty fuel bottles, or bottles filled with 
alcohol or water are acceptable. An empty stove without fuel is no hazard. 
Pressured butane fuel cannisters are a problem.

BTW, I love my Nomad, but have learned to live with some condensation. You 
need to get on the stick and find out if Kurt can get you one in time for 
your hike. You really want to have some experience with your shelter before 
you get off the plane.

I suspect you will be learning about storage bins for rent. They are cheap, 
somewhat convenient, but be careful of flood potential. My Father-in-law's 
estate was ruined by Floyd last Fall.
