The sun warmed it up enough to start!!!

Thankfully its a sunny day today and my parking pad is in full sun most
of the day - even the ice on the windows has melted.

( and thanks for all the ride offers.  I was actually getting ready to
call a cab for a lift to the Metro when I decided to give it one final
try - and it worked! )
