Allyson,
I am another person who wants to loose weight--now! But there was a time
I needed to gain weight. In bootcamp I began eating and exercising
regularly. In fact, Everything in my life was regular. It happened again
a few years later. In boot camp I went from 136 lbs to 168 lbs in nine
weeks. the second time I made the same change in about six weeks. I'd
guess that if you are healthy you may just gain weight on the trail--at
least reach your "natural" weight.
Hope this is helpful, and ,as I'm expecting to leave on March 15, I'm
likely to see you on the trail,
