Hello all,

Have been lurking for a long time now. I find that
there is too much mail for me to process as I try to
finish my degree.  I must leave the list, but I seem
to have old information regarding getting off list. 
Could someone provide me the instructions for leaving
list. Would greatly appreciate it.
