I had occasion to look at the Backcountry homepage yesterday, and I noticed
that Ryan said that our list usually has 20 messages/day, with 30 rarely.  I
counted 177 messages in my deleted items file just from today, just from
this list.  That doesn't count the ones that I've saved for some reason.
Last Monday, there were over 100, too.  We have turned into a wordy group.
