Its part of the King Arthurs Flour website.  Choose the catalog and then
get the ingredient list.  its easier to browse thru that listing looking
for stuff that looks useful.  There's a lot of baking stuff, but buried
in there are dehydrated vegies and vegy powders and fruits as well as
the milk & dry eggs stuff.  I thought the vegy powders like tomatoe and
spinach would be usefull to add to noodle dishes for taste and
vitamins.  They also had dry cheese powders that i've tried in a couple
dishes and they added some great flavor.

it can be pricy, but as i said before, the quality seems to be
