With an air temperature of 8.0 degrees Fahrenheit and a wind speed of
30.0 Miles per Hour, you get a wind chill of:
-35.5 degrees Fahrenheit or -37.5 degrees Celsius.
Please note that the formula used to calculate the wind chill factor is
only an approximation of the wind chill factor. Due to the complex
nature of human and environment interaction it is impossible to come up
with a formula that can exactly give you the wind chill factor, but we
can come up with a pretty close approximation.

The El Paso National Weather Service Office has weather calculator online. If
you
have a weather variable and need to convert it, this is the place.
