[at-l] Wind Chill?

I don't know what the wind chill computed to, but here in SW VA we had
sustained winds in the 55-60 mph with gust in excess of 80 mph and
temperatures dropping into the mid teens last night.

We had maintainers that camped out.

Not I, however.

I went home, spent the night at home in a warm bed and went back out today
when the wind had died and it was a great day for work -- mid 20's, sunny,
still to 11 mph wind.
