[at-l] New Year's Resolutions (Admin)

 - Update the backcountry.net pages.

- Keep a full time IRC (chat) server up and document it.

- Get more people on AT-L with help from current subscribers.

- Put up some of Felix's photos.

- Send out a bunch of dispo cameras out to at least two hikers/AT-Lers
this season.

- Get to a couple "get togethers".

- Thank Milt more often for his help.
